Katie O'Neill
Katie began her interest in orthotics from a young age, from lived experiences. When she was 16, she was asked to complete some work experience as part of the school curriculum. She went to observe an orthotist at work and never looked back. Katie has worked in paediatric orthotic services within Ireland since 2019 and has treated a wide spectrum of different pathologies.
She works for New Ireland Orthotic Services Ltd. and is based in the east of Ireland covering satellite clinics in their behalf.
Katie is a keen cold-water swimmer, swimming regularly in both her local river and sea. She also enjoys hiking and looking after her chickens and donkeys.
